The hardest soap base to work with. Nothing like that in the description
Extremely disappointed with this purchase. I ordered 24 pounds of shea butter melted and poured and this is the hardest base I've ever had to work with. It didn't melt easily, the chilling and melting temperatures were weird, and when melted it became very rubbery and brittle. The texture of the soap doesn't even feel like soap. I wasted a product trying to make a batch. I am praying the company will contact me for a refund as it does not look as described and I spent over $100. This is the best I could do with a soap base. In all the years I've been making soap
