Review on 🧳 Black Venturesafe Luggage by Pacsafe by Christopher Pfaffe

Revainrating 3 out of 5

On the fence about saving it.

I have several other Pacsafe products so I was glad to know they make backpacks too. However, I wasn't thrilled when it finally arrived. Now I'm considering whether to keep the backpack or send it back. There are a few things that immediately struck me when I picked up a backpack for the first time. It seems cheap and not very durable. The handle at the top is a thin piece of fabric. As some other reviewers have noted, it lacks internal pockets. The lining on the back of the backpack is not very thick and not soft. The picture on Amazon is misleading in this regard. I live in Asia and travel frequently to other countries in the region. If I decide to keep the backpack I will only use it as a daypack for now when I am in places like Manila, Bangkok etc. The spacious interior is perfect to put your shopping bags when you are traveling in a crowded place. market or mall. The security features are as advertised and I am sure they will come in handy in these places. However, I expected a little more from a backpack over €100. Due to its lack of utility (pockets etc.) and durability, I wouldn't use it as a true travel backpack. There are other travel backpacks that may not have all the security features that this one does, but they are more durable and useful. If this backpack was in the $60-$70 range, it wouldn't be hard to keep. But at 117€ I'm not sure. I give 4 stars for safety and 2 stars for usefulness and durability. Overall 3 stars.
