Big size for us

I bought this black and blue backpack for a trip to Italy with my husband. We only took carry-ons when flying and used backpacks as personal items, while I used mine as a backpack when traveling. Big size for us; We usually have 1-2 light jackets, sunglasses, bottled water, wallets/phones and all the little things you might need during the day (tissues, lip balm, hand sanitizer). I put some little things in a small packing cube and put them in the main compartment. Very comfortable to wear all…

Best Travel/Family Backpack

We got this while traveling around Europe (hello pickpockets). I liked all the security features and knew I could enjoy the view unobstructed and not have to worry about my belongings being stolen. It is very comfortable to carry and can hold many things (we used it as a double diaper bag/passport holder/water bottle holder, snacks, etc.)! I can adjust myself and my husband. Never had any issues or even any sign of anyone trying to rip us off and I never had to worry about how well made and…

My friend saw it and fell in love with it

Bought for an upcoming month-long trip to Europe. My friend saw it and fell in love with it. I was worried the backpack would be too small for my boyfriend but it fits him and me perfectly! I've heard that a lot of anti-theft bags are too heavy with all the metal grills, hooks etc built in, but that's not the case at all. It's as light as any other backpack I've had. Anti-theft hooks/features can be a bit of a nuisance (especially zippers) so I don't use these features every day, but they…

Great base for a travel backpack with a camera

I like the 15 liter backpack. I bought a Pelican 1400 soft liner/separator and was able to fit 5 lenses and a Sony A6000 body in the soft liner, a Sony A7II and A7 body in the main compartment and spare batteries, chargers and an iPad Pro 9.7 Zaggfolio keyboard for the rest. and fits easily under the seat. I bought 25L to stack Domke f-5Xc and f-5xb on top of each other. This configuration gives me a lot of flexibility in choosing the camera gear I take with me on any day-to-day endeavor. I…

Great, slim backpack with decent security features

I needed a secure travel backpack that would have enough space for my 13-inch laptop, a point-and-shoot camera, a charger, some paperbacks, and everything else if I had leftovers, I could stuff them in there. I also wanted something thinner because I don't like turning around and bumping into people on a train or bus. I just used it for a 2 week trip to Italy and was very happy with it. Great carry-on for the plane as I could stow my laptop in it and took it with me every day to store my…

Venture Safe 15L outperforms Metrosafe 350 GII

I bought the Venture Safe 15L GII and Metrosafe 350 GII to see what I like better as a backpack in Europe. Note that none of these are "baggage". " Both are daypacks, meaning you can't go on a week-long trip and pack everything into either one. The Venture Safe won despite the higher price for the following reasons: It's smaller than I expected, but I wanted something small. I didn't want anything too bulky to lug around town. Also I was surprised when I started stuffing things in it how much…

On the fence about saving it.

I have several other Pacsafe products so I was glad to know they make backpacks too. However, I wasn't thrilled when it finally arrived. Now I'm considering whether to keep the backpack or send it back. There are a few things that immediately struck me when I picked up a backpack for the first time. It seems cheap and not very durable. The handle at the top is a thin piece of fabric. As some other reviewers have noted, it lacks internal pockets. The lining on the back of the backpack is not…

Well designed but only for tall people or men (25 liter version)

I really wanted it to be bad and I've tried all sorts of ways to make it work. In the end I had to bite the bullet and return it and continue the search for a new travel backpack, sacrificing the built in security features. The colors (I bought blue with light green interior) are perfect and I will miss it so much. I'm a 5'9" woman with very broad shoulders for a woman so please keep that in mind. All the safety features are great and I tested the back and found the following issues when…
