I had this machine for a few months and it worked perfectly all the time, but one day it just stopped working. I heard the device rattle when I shook it slightly. I finally got a chance to open this thing up and to my surprise it has two metal bars that should have attached to the top of the device and one came loose. Those metal bars only seem to add weight to this device, and are probably trying to make it appear more premium, as they certainly don't improve the signal quality, on the contrary.
