Second update: Customer service kept contacting me and sent me a free keyboard after my first one didn't work even after I didn't reply. The new one works perfectly. i like keys It's fast and now stays connected. What I love about it is that it plugs in to charge and has on/off buttons. This way you can leave it in your laptop bag and use your laptop nearby without fear of accidentally dropping your keys in your pocket. This is a great keyboard from a really good company. Thanks very much! Update: Although I had issues with my first order, the customer service from this company is excellent. They checked to make sure I get the new one they are sending. I'll see if it works and if it does I'll upgrade to 5 stars. I love the feel of this keyboard. I have a Thinkpad running Windows 10. I've read other reviews about disabling it and thought just go to Device Manager and disable power saving for those Bluetooth HIDs. . Well I did that and the keyboard and mouse are still disconnecting every 5 minutes or so. You must restart your computer or remove and re-add the keyboard and mouse to get them working again. I contacted the seller and he responded quickly and essentially instructed me to remove and re-add the devices in bluetooth settings, which I have already done and done again. I really wish they worked because the keyboard is compact but comfortable and typing is fast and responsive. I like the keyboard. The same goes for the mouse, the form factor and buttons work well. Unfortunately I can't prevent this thing from accidentally shutting down. Arteck has a ghost in the car! Bonus tip: You can turn Bluetooth off and then turn it back on and the devices will reconnect.
