Perfect size for diabetic cookware

I need to cut down on my carbs so I made scallop potatoes, lasagna, tuna pasta casserole, macaroni and cheese, etc. If I make more money, I'll eat it - most likely. I bought the 1st as a return with chips (9oz Red Oval) and the cooking portion is perfect. When I saw there were 3 more returns I bought them today. They look like they've been in the kitchen for a while, character and all. I want a feature, not a look. 2 eggs with cream and some vegetables are perfect for this. A small stew or baked beans pair perfectly, and each person can have their own shredded coconut. I control my blood sugar with my diet and stick to it, it will help. They are made from heavy cast iron with an enamel finish. , no pottery or porcelain that I will definitely break. And if I get a chip, it doesn't matter since they're already rustic.
