Model AMDVTENL8-H5. I ordered this unit to replace my previous DVR. The initial setup of the AcCrest DVR was easy, the mobile app worked well, the video was good on the home monitor (wired connection) and on multiple mobile devices. Four months after purchase/installation, all videos disappear. I called support, disconnected/connected, restarted the DVR from main menu > System > Default, nothing works. The support rep said I need to reset the cameras. Told him there is no reset for my 8 cameras, he said I need to buy AmCrest cameras. Aside from the upsell opportunity, I don't know why the support team blames the cameras when they worked fine for four months in 24/7 mode.
