I would not recommend this wheeled bag for everyday use. I first bought this bag for my mom as a daily work bag as daily carrying her laptop to and from work was putting a strain on her shoulder. The handle fell off after 2 months. Upon inspection, the screws that attach the handle appear to have no anchors, they screw directly into the plastic of each side and nothing else. After the warranty expired (not worth the hassle) the replacement suffered the same failure in an even shorter time (around 6 weeks). At this point I bought two screws (designation 6 in Ace, about 3/16 inch) and screwed them into the grip and stock after aligning the vacuum pistons. The screws fitted so well and solved the problem so perfectly that I can only assume that the original production was a deliberate defect to encourage a rejection of the warranty. After this repair, the bag worked perfectly. TLDR: Great value if you buy some screws to secure the handle. They cost me 54 cents. Don't buy warranty only for screws.
