Reliable product! Everyone around me is very happy that I bought this. The kit came with good assembly tools and good instructions. But they had a great YouTube video from the company that shows you how to put it together very quickly. Very strong tackle. I also bought seat pads. Also good quality. I had a line, maybe it's my fault. Nonetheless I contacted the seller and told him I might have removed one of them during installation and he replied to me within hours and 2 days later I was shown a brand new set. What a great company and even the best racing machine for the price. If you are thinking about getting it. You will not be disappointed. Even after sitting in this chair for most of the past week, I couldn't tell from the photos how comfortable it was. I also say that I was lucky with that! It's so comfortable, I'm a 6ft 1in 220lb elderly dad and I can't sit in anything for too long but this chair is probably my favorite part of anything. Everything was very well done.
