My first impression when I opened the box was 'good looking, a bit plain but excellent'. I thought they were a bit simple but very nicely made and they are nice, durable and rather classic looking loafers to wear with dress pants or jeans. I have slightly wide feet but the "regular" size fits me in my normal size that I wear. They were easy to put on and take off. They are comfortable too. The padding is soft and allowed me to wear it from 6:30 to 20:30 without a break. It was a busy day and I had to run errands after work and never had a chance to change. I'm happy to report that the arch of my foot didn't hurt at all (this usually happens when I wear the shoes for a long period of time) and while they weren't as comfortable as sneakers, they were tight. The skin is very comfortable. , elastic and shiny. The inside of the shoe seems to be well made and I also noticed that they are quite light. The stitching, fit and finish are very well done and I think it's excellent value for money. I think they will last quite a while if cared for. Cons: Only thing I can say is that the sole has traction, but like 90% of the classic shoes I wear care needs to be taken. filmed on slippery ground. They seemed better to me than most, but if I had to change anything I would add a little more grip. They are recommended to anyone looking for penny loafers.
