A great way to inexpensively clean the pen
Big Fudge Stylus Cleansing Gel works great and is very easy to use. Simply dip the stylus lever (with the drop lever) in the gel a few times and it will effectively pick up all the dust and dirt that has built up on the stylus. Be sure to close tightly after cooking and keep out of direct sunlight. The instructions also say you can gently rinse it in warm water if it picks up too much dirt, so it should last quite a while. Highly recommended and significantly cheaper than the well-known needle cleaning gels!
