The team at TD has been very helpful with our queries both technical as well user friendly approach towards understanding my requirements. I would really recommend them if you are having issues or want assistance solving problems related to your technology stack! We get support services not only through email but also over phone calls which makes it easy when one needs help around office hours!! None so far - They have helped me solve few minor things during development phase where other vendors were charging high prices/rates compared to their cost structure. The best part about TechD is their ability to implement new products easily. It's very easy to train and deploy your staff to use new products. The only down side is the lack of support when it comes to older products. If you're looking for someone to help you implement new products quickly and efficiently, then TechD is the way to go. We've been able to automate our business processes using Cognos BI.
