Spray bottle was shipped in same box as stretcher with no packaging around the bottle. The bottle completely leaked and the contents soaked into the wooden stretcher. The wooden stretcher now smells like the spray which is not all that great smelling in large quantities. I should have returned it, but missed the window. The stretcher itself looks to be of high quality. Disappointed as I was hoping to make an investment in a better quality stretcher that would last awhile and now I don't want to use it because I don't want my new shoes to be infused with the smell of the soaked wood :(
