I really like the fit of the jacket, although the sleeves were too long, the body of the jacket is sewn perfectly. worldwide because it was advertised as particularly water-repellent. It has absolutely no water resistance. We experienced the first rain in Machu Picchu. No heavy rain, but a constant fog that completely soaked the jacket in a short time. After walking around this incredible place for several hours I was completely soaked. In a real downpour like we experienced in South India it was totally useless. Luckily there were only 4 rainy days in the 8 months we traveled so I managed to make ends meet. It worked great as a windbreaker or as a cape over my fleece in colder climates. As I said, it was a perfect fit and didn't feel bulky when used as a top layer over a jacket, sweater, shirt and long underwear.
