When my kids told me my first review was "unfair" and "unpleasant", I decided to test this product/company again. To my complete surprise, I found the second device to have the same Bluetooth issues as the first. Now I can say with my children's full reaction, don't waste your time and money on this crap. Do what I did, spend a little money and buy better quality headphones. This is complete rubbish. Yes, the quality of these headphones is stunning, stunningly bad. I don't understand all the positive reviews of this drug, unless of course most if not all are fake. Sound quality is average at best, and only marginally better if you use your own [best] pair of foam earbuds. Bluetooth 5.0 is breathtakingly terrible; I mean brutal. You can't get 60 seconds of audio without distortion, signal loss in one or both earbuds, unmatched playback between each earbud (yes, the tracks in each ear don't match), playback that speeds up and sounds like Alvin Chipmunk, Yadda, Yadda, Yadda . I can't believe this reseller's incredible cheek when it comes to their claims. So I did what the Revain rep told me to do. I threw them away and they gave me my money back, don't waste your time or money. These are absolute junk headphones. By the way, there are no photos because they are in the garbage can near my gym. But I suspect one thing about the reseller rating is that the item actually looked like the picture.
