Review on 🌿 Image Skincare Prevention + Daily Hydrating Moisturizer: Ultimate Skin Hydration in 3.2 oz and 4 oz Variants by Wendy Kennedy

I've been using it for a week and I'm very happy with it. I use enough to cover my face, neck and upper chest. It's like a thick, rich cream, but spreads well and absorbs well, leaving skin moisturized and protected. Some SPF moisturizers can feel flimsy, and it's hard for me to tell if I've used them enough. It thickens and appears to provide a good barrier across a broad spectrum. This mineral formula is comfortable and gentle on my dry skin with type 1 rosacea (redness, visible veins). It is based on zinc, which tends to be white in color. Try the chemical formula if you need to avoid this possibility. With my light skin I find the white cast minimal. This sunscreen seems to reduce the redness on my skin - I look more even, which I really like. It absorbs well without leaving a white haze BUT when I sweat I can see white globules forming. I just stroke my face or wipe my face. If not sweaty, then nothing noticeable. The trick to reducing white buildup is to apply one layer and increase the amount you need for protection (I think skincare pros recommend 1/4-1/3 teaspoon for face). It has a light, fresh summer scent. It's lemon citrus. I find it amazing. The 3.2 ounce tube is a bit larger than some face formulas, so this should last a while. I have a huge selection of sunscreens for my face and body (it's my #1 skincare product) and it's my favorite sunscreen of late. I've always loved Image products and can add that to this long list. I would buy this again.
