WOW! That's why I bought it, a friend recommended I buy it after a workout (muscles swore). This thing really delivers! With all the settings, it's pretty easy to use too. Plus increases intensity and minus decreases intensity. With all the tips included, I usually stick with the biggest round since I'm targeting the largest muscle group. Charging is pretty easy too (usually takes around an hour) and the battery lasts a couple of days (usually 5). I even recommend it to others.
