Not happy with this purchase!

I am not satisfied with my purchase and am considering returning it. The instructions are poor, doesn't show a parts list which is useless if the fitment instructions don't show 2 parts and when I visited the website this trike wasn't even on the website as an available product and there is no contact number to call to help or help. Also, the bar that helps push the child onto the bike is not very strong and there must be straps to keep the child's feet on the pedals. I love being contacted regarding this purchase.
