I bought this scale from a local store because I wanted to know more than just my weight. Seems like some owners don't know how to use it and are giving bad reviews about this scale, so I'll just tell you how to use it. First, click the "Install" button to set your user profile (age, gender, etc.). Use the Left/Right buttons to increase/decrease the number until the correct value is reached. Daily Use: If you just want to know your weight, tap your foot on the scale to turn it on and step to weigh yourself when you see 0.0. To get weight and other body analysis: Press the setup button to go to your user profile (e.g. P-0), wet the soles or two metal plates on the scale, and then step on the scale . Stay on the scale until you see the analysis displayed. First your weight will flash and then a small letter o will appear on the display for a few seconds to allow the analysis to take place. That's all. The only criticism I have is that the display has black writing on a gray background, so you need good lighting to see the readings. In terms of accuracy, the reading is 0.1 pounds off my old scale, so I think it's pretty accurate. That looks good too.
