I usually don't wear anything around my waist when I run. I usually run with a armband case for my big phone and a water bottle with a handle. I don't usually like wearing what looks like a fanny pack around my waist when I run. This belt really surprised me. It fits perfectly. And I don't have a small waist. It doesn't slip or move at all. I could walk with him and not even notice he was there. It also made it easier for me to use my hands at my pace since they were now free of my phone and water bottle. The phone case is big enough for my very large pixel 2xl phone. It fits perfectly. My only issue is that two of the water bottles have very small caps and aren't big enough to put ice in them. I live in the desert and the water here heats up very quickly. Not being able to put ice in a water bottle is a problem because between the movement of running and the heat, I really need ice water. But that's my only issue with this excellent running belt.
