Really holds your joint when it's in motion.

Really helps when I need to do a lot of moving around. One of the better tapes that I have found. Really does work.  That's my feedback.

Pros

Can be easily stored in an athletic bag for on-the-go use whenever needed

Cons

Can be difficult to apply with sweat or moisture present on skin
