Had previously ordered two battery powered fans for my campsite to avoid wasting my solar power but they were so cheaply made it was obvious they wouldn't last; one worked for about 5 minutes and stopped working. When someone recommended it online, I decided to give it a try. It's MUCH better together. The clamp is very strong, the quality of the plastic is much better and I'm glad I have it for my next off-road trip. Tested how much it draws from my solar charge controller and it was pretty minimal; it is worth having air in my tent or car at night.
