Ordered the 10ft white rope with black handles assuming the picture was what I would receive. My mistake for not reading that different lengths have different handle colors. Not worth the hassle of returning or exchanging. It should just be more clear that different lengths will have different color handles.Other than that, it's an inexpensive pvc jump rope. If you rotate the rope over your head, the rope circles your body and taps the ground. If you jump at the right time, and continue to rotate the rope, the rope will make a full circle around your body. This will work continuously if you maintain rhythm, jumping at the correct time to allow motion to continue around your body. The longer you maintain this rhythm, the more out of breath you may become. Please consult a doctor before beginning any workout program.
