Has some pros: Connects quickly to a personal computer and gets its configuration via Steam. The quality is unrivaled in its class. Rests easily in the palm of the hand. Different disadvantages: the color is not as vibrant as it appears on the packaging, and I would want a redder gamepad with more contrast.
