This is a replacement for the first set which only worked intermittently. The sound and noise cancellation is great! The noise-cancelling/noise-cancelling button works great, as does the red load button. They are durable and comfortable so I want to keep them. But like the other one, I still can't tell when it's on or off, so I end up having to charge them a lot. I only heard the power on/off voice once right after the first charge and haven't heard it since, even when I pressed the power (middle) button. Even white light only appears intermittently. Based on other reviews and that I'm having similar issues to the first one, I think I'm using it correctly. If anyone can help that would be great.
