Although I read other reviews that the handle of this brush is foldable, I decided to buy one to take risks. haha sigh It will teach me to ignore the voice of others' experience. My grip is broken too. It didn't take long, after which it collapsed to a minimal size. I can't tighten it to lock it in the extended mode I need. It just spins in circles like an endless loop. I'm giving it three stars because the brush really works - it does a great job. This got rid of some old stains and my carpet looks a lot better than before. Unfortunately, the price is 30-40 minutes of immobilization for my back to recover. Bending over halfway is a lot harder on the back than sitting with a carpet brush. As it is now, using a brush causes so much back pain that it's basically useless unless I can think of a way to fix it. I like the brush part of this tool enough to try and fix the handle issue myself. but I shouldn't have done that. For $25, the manufacturer should have fixed that, especially since they should be aware of the problem by reading the reviews. Considering the brush asked for a review here, I assume you've read the reviews, so FIX THIS PEN! Please.
