For looks, not functionality.
They're cute but definitely cheap. Trying to lengthen the suspenders was a nightmare because the sequins prevented the clasps from opening. I didn't put them on my shoulders, I just let them hang on my hips. Trying to use them functionally is pointless. They're just for show. The bow tie seems good but I haven't used it yet.
