Not HTV. weird stuff?
Bought because I thought it was an HTV. I don't know what material to even name. It looks like plastic. I saw in a review that this is a cool transfer tape. It should not be listed as HTV. I'm sure it'll be nice if I ever find out. There is no guide for this. For what I bought it's a waste of money. I don't know how to use it, even cut it.
