This hammock has nice gimmicks and features but it’s all on preference. I bought two of these for my wife and I to enjoy on our camping trips and I liked the looped netting and the idea of not having to run a separate guide line. My wife still uses hers and no bugs get in. The hammock holds up well and is comfortable but mine has gone to storage and I have returned to my old one. The poles are not removable (and if there is a way to remove them I haven’t found it and would require more effort than I am willing to put into it) and the space this takes up in my pack is awkward. This is a nice hammock but for me it is overkill and takes to much space.
