We just received our new luxury vinyl plank floors and the installer suggested putting felt pads on the legs of all our furniture to prevent scratches. However, since felt gliders are short-lived and attract animal hair, I decided to look for another solution. I found these and decided to try them on our six dining chairs and our task chair. They were easy to put on and true to size - good stretch with no sagging. They even fit claw feet. Now our chairs slide easily across the floor and if hairs are attracted to my socks I can just toss them in the wash. If you want to protect your floors, this is a simple and effective solution. Can't comment on durability yet as we've only had it for a few weeks. (Please note I bought a dark brown. It looks much lighter in the photo due to the lighting in the room.)
