I like the brush head and the strong vibration. The bristles are medium rather than soft, but somewhere in that range and perfect for my preference. The motor and vibration are much stronger than my entry level/budget Braun battery pack. It can sometimes be difficult to find replacement heads and perhaps or hopefully the situation has already improved. The heads look like the Braun/oral-b but are mechanically completely different and not compatible. There isn't as much variety and variety of attachment styles as there is in the Oral-b line, just a simple but very well made attachment to carry around. That's the only downside to the Brown I can think of. This is a premium electric toothbrush.
