Great, but without swapping heads?

Should have checked before buying. I love the toothbrush, it does exactly what I want it to do but there is no substitute. The documentation that came with it says to contact support to replace the battery, but there's no information on how to do that either. I've contacted the website (as soon as I found it) and we'll see how it goes. It was a great thing! But ultimately useless without replacing the brushes and batteries.

The bristles are perfect (honey soft). Very powerful engine. Good design.

I like the brush head and the strong vibration. The bristles are medium rather than soft, but somewhere in that range and perfect for my preference. The motor and vibration are much stronger than my entry level/budget Braun battery pack. It can sometimes be difficult to find replacement heads and perhaps or hopefully the situation has already improved. The heads look like the Braun/oral-b but are mechanically completely different and not compatible. There isn't as much variety and variety of…

If you are looking for a high performance, quality brush, this is it.

I was looking for a vibrating brush, not just one that vibrates. And it really turns. Which I can tell will make a difference. I love the timer feature to keep me informed. There is a "sensitive" attitude that I think is still pretty powerful. So it might be a bit much if you have a sensitivity. However, if you want a powerful clean, this is great value for a premium brush.

Makes a bit of a mess

The toothbrush works well - the head lasts 4 months and charges easily with a standard USB charger. The brush itself serves its purpose. My main complaint is that there is a gap in the body of the brush that spreads the toothbrush foam in a 6- to 10-inch radius around where you brush. You have to bend over the sink to avoid a minor cleaning after each brushing. I consider this a design flaw and although the toothbrush was cheap I would not have bought it if I had known it was a problem.
