This is a really good product. I actually use it in a storage tank, not in a boat. Works perfectly. I don't know how long it will last yet as I've only been using it for a week.

Last year we used Damp Rid to remove excess moisture in our 38ft. carver. However, I could never find a product to remove that musty smell until I bought one. absolutely LOVE it!

I live in Florida. I bought these to put under my sink to control humidity. I figured a boat product would work better than a wet one. After 2 weeks of use I see no improvement. I think our humidity is too high🙁

This product absorbs moisture and allows water to drain into a small chamber below where the product is placed. Mine arrived and I removed the top as instructed. However, my grainy product turned to stone and would not absorb moisture.

Buy the same item at your local store for dollars. Not worth the money, I put it in the kayak's hull to get rid of standing water and moisture. Left closed for 3 weeks, checked yesterday and still exactly the same amount of water and humidity. Didn't work at all and I lost $15 on a product I can find at a dollar store.

Use on a cruiser boat head (bathroom) with a cabin, works great. Stands on the counter, perfect size, won't slide or move. There was a month, it has water, but not full, and the crystals are still there. Is working. I think I'll use a refillable one to pour water out of instead of leaving it and throwing it away when it's full, but other than that it works great 👍

has been open on my boat since I've had it (mid-November). nothing happens. The boat still smells. Granules do not absorb moisture. Today is mid-January in the Pacific Northwest. It rains a lot here. Chunks of charcoal, well, it's just a few tiny bits, not even enough to say for sure that they'll odor the boat. still waiting for what happens. I definitely won't buy this again.

Great for bathrooms. After a week I definitely love my purchase. I don't have ventilation in my bathroom and after a month of fighting mold and mildew due to the lack of moisture on the walls, I decided to give it a try. It works, so we stay wet for hours after a hot shower. With a dehumidifier it's dry and 1 or 2 hours is the last I've seen. Also, I haven't seen mold grow anymore which is why I'm so in love with this product that I'll be ordering more. Maybe 2 shortens the time even more.
