When the charger is connected, the power is disconnected and reconnected every few minutes, even if the laptop is completely still. The screen brightness is constantly being adjusted as my MacBook goes into sleep mode when I turn it off. And to make matters worse, every few minutes at night when I'm trying to sleep, I hear the ringing noise the MacBook makes when you turn it on. So I have to unplug the charger before I go to bed. [UPDATE] Support contacted me immediately after seeing my review and gave me the option of a free device replacement or a full refund without returning the product. Great company policy!
