If your fan is spinning when it shouldn't, or not spinning when it should, this replacement can keep your fan spinning when your fan should spin, not a moment more or less! ******** ***IMPORTANT PART************ Installed in Frontier 3.3 MY99/PY98 as a factory OE replacement, the install was close enough to use original hardware though the fan bracket castings are almost twice as thick as the original. The base flange for attachment to the pulley is also thicker than the factory flange, but not to the same extent. Some buyers have reported installation issues due to thicker than original build castings that require longer bolts. I agree that this could be an issue, although in my particular case it wasn't, depending on what hardware length was originally used.
