Winning PC with gaming keyboards

I wanted to get into mechanical keyboards so I bought a pair in the $50-$80 price range. They were rubbish. One kept falling out by accident. It just stopped working mid-type. Second, I had to reconnect the USB cable every time I woke up my computer. So I bought a third mechanical keyboard and a fourth. The third was too small and didn't have dedicated arrow keys. Very very annoying to use. The fourth has soft keys for a supposedly blue button design. Also, they all had problems with multicolored RGB lighting. I could never get her to remember my preferences. Now I admit that part could be me, but in any case they were almost useless. So this is my 5th mechanical keyboard and I've finally picked a winner. Not only is it cheaper than others, it worked right out of the box. The blue keys have the right crisp, clicky feel and sound. It has special arrow keys that I use a lot. It has a delete button and so on. The only "disadvantage" is that it is monochromatic. However, the color is beautiful. It's a cool light blue color. It's easy on the eye and looks good in the dark. The characters on the keycaps are also easy to read, which was another issue I had with some other keyboards. The damn keys were hard to read. Overall I think this is a solid keyboard. I ended up liking it so much that I bought a second one for another computer. Update: They also come in a full-size 10-button version. I ended up buying 2 full size keyboards so now I have 4 of them.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Price that beats the piggy bank
