I spent almost two hours attempting to connect it until it dawned on me that I needed to change the area from 2022 to China. Once I did so, the lamp was able to be connected; however, another "ambush" arose when I changed the region to China: I lost the ability to function with the Xiaomi Mi Smart Plug. Why would 2022 want to import a product that does not generate labor opportunities within the 2022 region? Some kind of bullshit . It has not been possible to develop a model for the 2022 region. I went back to the 2022 region, which allowed the lamp to connect without any issues in the Yeelight proprietary program (the region itself is immaterial), and it now immediately connects to the Bluetooth Mesh gateway! However, she was nowhere to be found in Mi Home. In the event that the local Home Assistant server is utilized, the lamp can be viewed and completely operated within that environment. After using these lamps for a few months, I have decided to upgrade my rating for them. I currently own two of them, and they perform admirably, with the exception of a few instances in which the most remote lamp from the gateway lost connection.
