I wear size 6 women's shoes and bought size 5 children's shoes, which were too narrow, but fit the length. I switched them to child size 6 and that changed everything. They are a bit long but I'm used to buying half a size up to fit my wide foot. They are warm and comfortable and easy to put on and take off. Very happy with this purchase
