To be honest this is a steal. The height is amazing, it can stretch almost to my height and I love how the clips are tightened instead of screws, it's much easier and quicker to just loosen them to lengthen or shorten and snap back in place to keep them in place. . Legs can be carried quite wide and low for stability. And the ring light is amazing, I used it for zoom and it really brightened the picture. I like that in addition to the three modes, the brightness can be adjusted quite a bit for each mode (I turned the brightness down a bit for the photos I took for this test). Even if I don't need a ring light but want to use my webcam, I can just unscrew the light and screw on the webcam, the tripod is fully compatible. Comparable products are usually at least double the price, mainly because of the height of this one. I highly recommend this one!
