The shimmer is great!
If you love Nuvo crystal drops, you will LOVE them! They have an amazing iridescence that is just gorgeous. The palette of six colors currently consists of pastel shades, despite the darker images that you sometimes see in their examples. But they are just beautiful and brilliant. Just make sure you let them dry for about 48 hours before touching them. The next day I put mine in a stack of cards and the blobs flattened out and they were pretty small blobs! So patience is good!
