At 110+, everyday silicone, rubber or leather straps are not breathable and can cause wrist irritation from sweating all day. I decided to try this metal clasp with a watch protector and while it's too early to tell if the black will rub off, the tool provided was useless after removing the first pin. I should correct this statement to say that the tool is still usable, but the threads snapped after the first time the pins were removed and the pins can now only be pushed out with a compressive force. The seller included extra push pins to use with the tool in case they bend but after removing 6 pins the first pin stayed straight but the tool as said is a useless threading. I'm hoping this clears moisture under the watch band all day and keeps the leather from peeling, but for a small price you get a decent looking metal band, probably for those who care about such things, and it has a protective case works well with the watch touch screen as well as easy attachment to the watch.
