For me, a cute bathing suit cover up

I am 5’8”, 38B, 34” waist, 43” hips, 170 lbs and I got the dress in size Large. This is a fun boho mini dress and color is perfect! I bought it hoping that I could wear it out and about, but there is a lot of skin showing for me and I can imagine what a large gust of wind could do! I do like the idea of the dress and I am keeping to wear as a cute bathing suit cover-up. The stitching on the dress looks good and I love how lightweight and billowy it is in the skirt! I would go for it if you are thinking about it!
