My daughter is 29 pounds and almost 2 years old. We bought her 3t based on the size chart. The fit is of good quality and the fit is loose enough to wear for the next month or so until regular underpants are off. I bought a set of these and the UOU brand (which had the Max Brand tag on it). The first pair of UOU underwear I pulled out of my bag had a loose/unfinished seam around the leg and I could tell it would completely unravel in the first wash. I wasn't thrilled so I'm sending them back.
