The hole is too big. My baby's ass just slides down the toilet. For reference, she weighs 21 pounds. I planted her pot in the hole, it fitted a bit and she was more inclined to sit like that than on the pot with the original stand, so (fingers crossed) maybe that's how it works for us. But so far I am disappointed with this chair. This set should have an extra pillow for small buttocks.

This is such a great idea! I love this product and so does my daughter. Very easy to set up, took 5 minutes. This study is so cute. My little one couldn't seem to sit on the potty because she is too small and when I put her on the potty she was too scared to get off as she didn't feel stable on a regular step stool! So as soon as I posted this I asked her to try it and she did it herself and wasn't scared at all. Great buy and great price!

We have been using this potty training seat for a week now and so far so good. Assembly was easy and fairly straightforward.
