I stand on concrete floors in my shop 50 hours a week, have been using it for 2 months now and it helps me a lot. I can stand longer during the day and the relief I get from using the massager is perfect. It really exceeded my expectations. Works great! The best purchase I've made for myself and my legs! The instructions are very easy to understand. I've found that using mode 2 (blue light) with the right combination of compression cycle and pressure/vibration works best for me. Overall a very good foot massager, would definitely buy again and highly recommend!
