I can't take the heat so I decided to try this. There are many cheaper models out there, but I'm a believer in "you get what you pay for" philosophy and settled on this one. It feels solid, sturdy and well built. The maximum time I've used in one session is four hours at medium speed. It only reduced battery life by a third. The airflow direction is easily adjustable. I wouldn't say it offers 360 degree airflow as there are no vents on the back. I've been using it almost every day since I got it and it really helps me feel good.
