The position itself is determined mainly by cellular networks (as it is now indicated in the application), and the coordinates received by GPS / GLONASS are extremely rare, and for the last month I have not seen them at all. Accordingly, the accuracy of the coordinates is highly dependent on the number of cell towers of your operator in the area where the watch is located. The second trouble is the cards themselves, which they offer to use in the FamCare application, there are Huawei's own cards and Baidu cards to choose from. Baidu in 2022, in fact, do not work, and Huawei cards are simply disgusting. There are no house numbers on the map, plus the accuracy itself is extremely low (it is clearly old), which will make it extremely difficult to navigate in an unfamiliar area. Plus, in the application, only the location of the child is shown on the map, your location is not displayed on the map, which makes it almost impossible to navigate, say, in some park. Video calls work disgustingly, a couple of minutes and the watch overheats, followed by a disconnection. The problem is clearly not specifically in my copy, on the w3bsit3-dns.
