Edit: I was contacted after writing this review and received a full refund. The button still doesn't work, but I am satisfied with the seller's service and would like to fix the problem. I bought this controller to use it with Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. I used the controller for about half an hour until the right shoulder button got stuck. I was able to pull it off, but it got stuck again when I pressed the button. I opened up the controller to see what was going on and put the mechanism back in place. The button no longer gets stuck, but the controller no longer accepts input from the right shoulder button. I disassembled the controller again,
