So far these are the only crampons that haven't broken and helped me get through the winter. I broke 3 other varieties at once. I use them to walk my dogs around town. We run about 5 miles a day and they stay on my feet bar the occasional necessary adjustment and keep me on my feet. Comes with additional spikes that are needed. Works well and for less than $10!
