I have to say it makes my hair feel as good as ever. The bottles aren't that big (compared to Matrix mega bottles etc for the same price). The labels aren't easy to read in the shower without glasses, but the shampoo has a colored tip while the conditioner doesn't. I used a small amount of shampoo and expected to use the second pump. I was very surprised that I didn't need anything else. I estimate I used 1/3 to 1/2 of what I would use for something like Nexxus. It was VERY frothy. I use sulfate-free shampoos and I'm used to low lather. That was a big change. The leave-in conditioner probably didn't go on as smoothly on my damp hair. It feels like a regular rinse-off conditioner. After using all three products and blow drying my hair is very soft. It seems a bit overcast so I'll alternate them with another set to avoid problems. The price still seems extravagant. But it makes a lot more sense once I realize how little I need. I look forward to using it before my next haircut and seeing what my longtime stylist thinks of the condition of my hair.
